When you need a little something

Looking for a poem? a pep tallk? a laugh? Or maybe just a little wisdom? I’ll post bits and pieces here. Perhaps something will speak to you, as it does to me.

I came upon this painting recently, somehwere online, and caught my breath. The scene is so familiar to me. Notice the lines of rain to the left of the cloudburst? That’s what happens to rain in the desert. It’s called virga, descending rain that evaporates before it hits the ground.
